THE FRICK PITTSBURGH MUSEUMS & GARDENS
Undressed Exhibit Casework
Modular glass-enclosed casework was designed and fabricated for The Frick Art Museum's "Undressed: A History of Fashion in Underwear" exhibition (Oct 21, 2017 – Jan 14, 2018). The age and delicacy of the artifacts on display required airtight enclosures made with chemically inert materials and finishes. CNC-milled plywood and steel structural shells were outfitted with integrated LED lighting and finished with water-based lacquer..
