EngineHouse served as general contractor for the commercial build out of the first story of this AIA Pittsburgh shortlisted project, completing new mechanicals and finished surfaces to service the local whole-animal butcher. A weighty butcher block point of sale and display shelving anchor the space while clean and classic tile detailing compliments the bold blue interior. It was imperative to establish a space that felt local but distinct and echoed the farm-to-table experience critical to the brand’s identity.
